May 23 - got new CPAP mask
June 5 - got phone call from Dr. Callery's office. I'm approved for surgery!
June 9 - mtg w/dietician

June 18 - pre-op admission to hospital
June 22 - Scheduled: cholecystectomy and RNY gastric bypass. Only chole done.
June 23 - discharged home. RNY rescheduled for July 7.
July 2 - Pre-op/post-op visit with NP Kelly
July 7 - RNY done!
July 16 - post-op visit with Dr. Callery and NP Kelly.
July 21 - visit with Dr.Wolcott (pulmonologist). Reset CPAP from 18 to 12. Yay!
July 31 - Hospitalized for dehydration. Discharged 8/1.
Aug. 7 - Office visit with NP Kelly Neil.
Aug. 31 - Returned to work full-time.
Oct. 20 - Visit with Dr. Callery. Wt 229 in office.
Jan. 2 - Labwork done.
Jan. 12 - Visit with Dr. Callery. Wt 214 in office.
